General Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by our Rent-a-Car and Transfer Agency. By making a booking, you agree to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes effective upon publication on our website.

2. Booking and Payment

Services can be booked via the website, phone, or mobile app. Payments can be made in cash upon service completion. Full payment is required for transfer bookings at the time of confirmation. Rent-a-car bookings may require a deposit during the reservation process.

3. Rental Car Terms

Driver Requirements: A valid driving license is required (minimum 2 years), and the minimum age is 21 years.
Rental Period: The rental period starts at the agreed pickup time and ends when the vehicle is returned.
Fuel Policy: The car must be returned with the same fuel level as received, unless otherwise specified.
Insurance: Basic insurance is included, with the option to purchase additional coverage upon request.
Prohibited Uses: The car must not be used for illegal activities, off-road driving, or by unauthorized drivers.

4. Transfer Services

Punctuality: Be ready at the agreed pickup time. Delays of more than 15 minutes may result in additional charges or cancellation.
Changes and Cancellations: Notify us at least 24 hours before the transfer for any changes or cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
Luggage Policy: Inform us about oversized luggage or special requirements (e.g., child seats) when booking.
Driver Conduct: All drivers are professional and courteous. Report any issues immediately.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or road closures. Customers are responsible for any damage caused to rental vehicles due to negligence or violation of these terms. We are not liable for lost or stolen personal belongings during rental or transfer services.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Rent-a-Car: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee.
Transfer Services: Full refunds are available for cancellations made 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Customer information is used solely for booking and service purposes. We will not share your data with third parties unless required by law.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved amicably. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
